Why have I been charged for a Deed of Covenant and a Notice of Transfer?

Why have I been charged for a Deed of Covenant and a Notice of Transfer?

Landmark Collections | August 2, 2016

When you purchased your property your Solicitor should have served certain notices on the Freeholder as part of the purchasing process. As this has not been done we have added the relevant charges to your account. In some instances the Solicitor may have collected these monies from you at the time and may still be holding these funds. Please go back to the conveyancer who acted for you at the time of the purchase for further information.
