Payments can be made through our online payment facility, by online bank transfer, by logging into your account through our website, or by sending us a cheque. Please be aware that card payments can take up to 7 working days to be processed. The only way to guarantee a payment is cleared on a specific day is through the use of faster payment. It is extremely important that you quote your 12 digit Tenant Reference Number when making any payments to ensure your payment is allocated to your account.
