Our standard Deed of Covenant includes everything that we need the Tenant to agree to. Please click here for further information. If you would like to use an alternative Deed of Covenant there will be significant additional costs as we will need to instruct our Lawyers to review the proposed Deed of Covenant.
What is the Notice of Charge fee for re-mortgaging a property?

Why do you not have a telephone number I can call?
All communication is conducted in writing to avoid ambiguity. This provides both our clients and tenants with an audit trail.
How do I make a rectification to my clients lease?
